I'd love to come, and it doesn't matter to me where it is, since I'll be
living in Palm Springs by then, so the drive will be longish, either
way.  I have every hope that my Alpine will be roadworthy by then.  The
plan is to actually drive it out to Palm Springs when we move.  I hope
it will be reliable enough to withstand a 125 mile trip, which is what
we're probably talking about.  No Chitty, though.  It's enough of a
miracle if I can make it at all, much less to fly :).  The only problem
that I foresee is a conflict with my other passion in life, Tournament
Bridge.  A national tournament will be going on in Anaheim this summer,
the dates being August 10-20.  If we can avoid those dates, I'll be
there, even if I only can bring my Celica.  But let's not think such
dreary thoughts :)
