We are talking about the Aluminum data tag. Could be that they started
using rivets to hold the data tag on sometime during the late Series II
run. Like I said, My Harrington Le Mans is based on a late SII. It has
rivets. Every other SI & SII I've ever seen has little screws. I've only
seen a couple of late SII's and I don't remember if they had screws or
rivets. On the other note, the oval body tags are held in place by
rivets and the rectangular SAL tags are held in place by screws.
