I believe that the spread between the body tag number and the VIN number may have
increased as production continued. It may have even fluctuated. This may be due to bodies
being reworked during assembly and painting before the final VIN number was assigned.
Does anyone else have any thoughts about this? I would say that the body tag number 911 is
correct for VIN 1035, at least it stays in the ball park based on what I've seen.
