Jay,
I am certain it originally came from a SunbeamTalbot...just which one?
The Rapier never had that badge, but it did use the center enameled circular
piece on the hubcaps. The Rapier and I believe the Talbot "circles" are
slightly more convex than the Tiger badge "circle".
