Jay,
Oh, I see your point now. Yes, one is not limited to just a plain white
or black gel-coat. After the clear gel-coat, they can spray on custom
pigments to include the metalflake, candy, perl and so on. You will find
most of that novelty pigments/graphics are applied to the dune buggies
and fishing/pleasure boats. I have seen some of the TRV autos that used
just a bare gel-coat finish too.
