I'm sorry that I started something here. The reason that I did not identify
the parts supplier is that I had not contacted him/her and straightened
anything out. I was relaying my experience and asking for references. I
don't believe in slamming anyone, only praising those that do good work.

I'm out of town for the weekend, so if I don't post back to this site, it's
not that I'm miffed or anything.

Again, sorry about the implications and the sensitivity of the post.
