        You are correct sir. Gary, there has been numerous postings on this
subject and you might be able to retrieve the info from the archives.
Jerome, has researched #39 Carnival Red too, and we booth arrived at the
same conclusion that Porsche Guards Red (now referred as Indian Red,
LM3A/61, 1973) is spot on to Carnival Red. If you prefer a
base/clearcoat, in the Dupont ChromaBase line, we found RS628K,
Spectamaster Red. I recommend using a single stage Urethane and I stand
behind the German made Glasurit products more than PPG or Dupont.
