CD 150 and Gross jets

Does anyone know the right float measurement for the CD150's after I put the
new Gross jets in? Does it stay the same?
I just rebuilt the ones on the series 5 and can hardly start the dang thing.
When I do get it started (by priming) it seems to be starving for gas. Could
this be the poor level of gas in the bowls?
