Series 2 Jack

I'm trying to determine what type of jack came with my Series 2 Alpine. I
thought the jack for most Alpines had a square cross-section arm that fit
into a receiver channel below the rocker panels. However, my car has four
flat pads under the rockers that must be the jacking points, and the jack
must be something like a scissors jack that lifts at these pads. Were there
different jacks used?
