Hi Bill,
Sorry for the delay, but I finally found the can of graphite spray.

"Lock-ease" Graphite Lock Fluid
32oz (85g) aerosol can
American Grease Stick Co
Muskegon Michigan 49443
Petroleum Distillate propellant

I'm not 100% sure on the reasons, but it certainly working in my case.
I think it replaces the silicon coating on the front face of the
bearing.
