Rear gears

I recently sold my '66 Series V Alpine, after swapping 4:22's for 3:89's a
year ago. With the new gears it ran 3400rpm at 55mph. I just bought the
gear set, dropped the rear end, and took it to a machine shop, (but make
sure they know what they're doing...pinion depth, etc.)
