I have contacted my server about this type of situation. He reccomends
that for real help. Go to www.mail-abuse.org he has set it up on his
system (don't know how) but My spam has decreased quite considerably,
Also he reccomends that any one (if possible ) to send them a message
that you have contacted or am going tocontact this organization. So far
this month about 4 times . From 30.
