There must be several ways to hook all the hoses up. I wish I knew which is
the "best." On my #670 car there is a T junction screwed right in to the rear
of the manifold. One hose goes directly to the vacuum pump and one goes in
the air cleaner. There are a few other hoses in there and I would send you a
picture but I'm having trouble downloading from my digital camera (bad
cable?). I have heard that the vacuum pump should plug in to the carb, so I
may try that myself. Anyway, if you take off your air cleaner and use a drop
light to look around the carb and surrounding area I bet you see where to
plug your hose in. Good luck.
