The object of the weekend is to have some fun with Datsuns and Nissans.
The Track Day is on Thursday July 8th at Thunderhill Raceway, and is
limited to 60 drivers max. Non drivers are welcome to come and watch at
no additional charge. Afterwards we caravan to Mt.
Shasta.
Mt. Shasta, CA. Swap Meet, Tour, Gymkhana, Left Coast Coast, Autocross I
& II, Show'N Shine and Line Up for Group Shot are included in Mt. Shasta
Full Driver entry. Track Day entry on a first come first serve basis.
AutoX run group is determined by event entry number, early entries run
in 1st group.
Trophies will be awarded to Pre-entered
participants only. Photo enlargement sold
separately.
Mt. Shasta single event entry price $15.00 per event, no
pre-registration. Entry purchased at the event is not eligible for
trophy

EVENT DESCRIPTION
> Full Event Driver Entry includes the day at Thunderhill Raceway. The track
day will have instruction in high performance driving technique; in car
instruction
will be available. The day will include a minimum of 2 hours of on-track
time. Your car must meet minimum safety criteria and will be inspected
at the track prior to track time. Participants in the track day will
receive detailed
information, including tech inspection, mailed out to you prior to the
event.
Additionally, the Full Event Driver Entry includes the Shasta Full
Driver Entry.
Shasta Driver Full Entry includes 1 entry to Car Show, Gymkhana,
Autocross I & II, Tour, Left Coast Coast, Swap Meet, Group Photo
Parking & Participation
plaque, plus 4 adult meals. Track Day available ONLY by
PRE-REGISTRATION.
> Shasta Driver Activity Only entry includes all events at Mt. Shasta with NO
>meals.
Non-driver co-pilot entry for participation in the Tour & Gymkhana is
$5.00, making the co-pilot eligible for a trophy in the event they
participate in. Couples where both want to drive in the Autocross and
Gymkhana need to purchase either two Shasta Driver Full Entries or
Shasta Driver Activity
Only entry for each person, but do not need to buy the $5.00 Co-pilot
Activity Entry if they are going to ride with one another during the
Tour or Gymkhana.
Single event entry for all Mt. Shasta events will be available at $15.00
per event at registration during the meet. Cars must pass a safety
inspection, done
at the site, in order to participate in the Autocross or Gymkhana
events. Noleaks,
batteries bolted down, seat belts and tight wheel bearings are required
to pass the safety inspection. Loaner helmets will be available.
> Absolutely no alcohol or drugs will be permitted during any of the driving
>events:
the Rally, Left Coast Coast, Autocross, Gymkhana, Track Day and
Caravan.
> Please be prepared to sign insurance waivers for participation in the meet.
Insurance requires that all people on site must sign the waiver.
> No Trophies will be awarded to participants that were not pre-registered.
Group Photos may be pre-ordered at $11.00 per 11" x 14" photo.
> Meals will be sold by separate tickets at $45.00 for Adults, $15.00 for
>Children 10 and under.
Meals included are Friday night BBQ at the Mt. Shasta Ski Area; Buffet
breakfast and
Banquet dinner on Sat. at the Community Center in Mt. Shasta City,
prepared by the local
Masons; Sunday Morning Brunch at the Mt. Shasta Ski Lodge.Extra lunches
are available
for the Track Day at $6.00 each, lunch is included with the Track Day
for all pre-registered
drivers.
Vegetarian meals will be available by pre-registration request, indicate
with a V next to the number of meals or entries.
