The alternator is coming out tomorrow to test it by itself. I'm
considering a GM one wire if it is bad. Let me see if I understand
this correctly - I run a single wire with an inline 30 amp fuse from it
to the positive terminal on the battery, and ground the alternator - is
that all? Do I completely ignore the built-in alternator wiring
running to the driver's side (stock alternator location), or do I
re-route one of its wires over to the alternator?
