opinions on bumper overrider hole filling

Okay, caving in to the plating demon and getting bumpers re-chromed, and
will definitely go without overiders.
So, is the general consensus that you fill all the overrider holes? Or, save
them for as yet un-installed aux lights? (they go in the apron holes, which
have chrome plugs at the moment)  Put little skull shaped valve stem caps
ala the Katman?  
(no, I won't put neon glow lights in them)
