You obviously weren't paying attention ;-) (How can you be blamed
with all that crap I was generating?)
Problem #1:
Right rear adjuster tightened down to the point that only 1/8th inch
of the quarter inch square part exposed.
Problem #2:
Brake light switch was installed such that it prevented full return
of the piston (by only a very little amount)
Now it makes complete sense, doesn't it? Everything is do clear in
hindsight...
