Re-chrome - how much $$$

I think it's time to get all my chrome re-done.  Bumpers, overriders, 
tailights, headlight scoops, grille, door handles, trunk handle, and so 
on.  Anyone have a ballpark figure what it should cost for straight but 
slightly pitted pieces?  Also, are there any parts that shouldn't be 
chromed like the side trim?  How about the hood scoop?  Or can those 
parts be chromed to be more shiny than before?
