63 Amp should be plenty.
If I recall the H4's are 100 W lights on high beam. That's about 8.3
Amps each. Most fans run less than 15 Amps, so your load will now be a
little over 31 Amps. Add fog lamps will probably be less than 100 W each
, which should add less than another 8.3 Amps, bringing the load up to
39 Amps.Power amp may be another 10 Amps, but probably not that much, so
you are now at 49 Amps. Ignition and radio may add another few amps, but
nowhere near the remaining 10 Amp capacity. I doubt that you will have
everything on at the same time, so this is worst case guessing.
I'd go ahead and install the 63 Amp unit and see how it works. If it
blows isn't there a lifetime warranty on it? If so, just upgrade at that
time!
I'd be concerned more with the wiring than the alternator. Be sure to
run the alternator output directly to the battery and bypass the
ammeter. All the current to the loads should come directly off the battery.
