Pump it like mad until the pressure builds up (seriously, maybe a minute or
two), then drive over to your favorite vendor and order a new master brake
cyl. This seems to happen to me when the car has sat for a while, dont drive
without pressure.

Subject: [Roadsters] Loose brakes
This just happened about a day ago my brake pedal goes
all the way to the floor when i step on it. On top of
that it doesnt stop all that great and the brakes lock
up if i try to brake suddenly. All the pressure in the
pedal is gone. Any ideas on how to fix.
