On a late model dash, those are #10/32 approx 1/2 inch long pan head with a
small split ring lock washer (Phillips drive)

The screws holding down the plate that holds the 3 little vent levers in the
center of the dash are missing. Does anyone know what the screw size, pitch
is for that?
