So, myself and Tim Miner went to a local (Irvine, CA) car show this past
Saturday, and in looking for posted pics (none of this week, yet) I
found a few from a few months ago when Paul Bauman and Jon Frampton were
there. This guy does nice artistic shots.
Met a newly discovered roadster owner, Patti from Laguna, who has a
positive ground 1500 that she has owned from new. Hasn't had it on the
road in a while, is looking for a positive ground mechanic to help with
some wiring gremlins, so I have been sending her links to local MG clubs
and the like.
The car show itslf is pretty sick with modern supercars, (~20% of the
total) and while there are some elements of a new Lambo or Ferrari that
are nice, seeing 8-18 in a row is pretty darn boring, soul-less, and
devoid of any character.
