I was working on my carb from my 68 2000 and managed to lose the spring that holds the float needle in (long story involving our chickens and our garden). I am a true novice and have no idea if it is a solex or some other carb. I was told it was the original carb when I got it. Does anyone have a spring and a little advice on how to identify the carb?
