large pic slideshow of a backroads "rally" (non-competitive, so a "gearhead
tour" is most accurate description), put on in NorCal, starts in SF with an
"overnite stage" to Sacramento on Firday nite, then up around lake tahoe, back
to Sacto.

there are so many dup pictures in the slideshow, but there ar eworse things to
see.
Datsun content: The Lucha Libre Carrera racecar was along, as well as a
Skyline, a 510.
I have done several of these in SoCal, and they are a wonderful way to meet
groups of folks with equivalent "gearhead coefficient", and are also
relatively easy to put on, as it can be as simple as choosing an overnite
motel/town and let folks make their own lodging plans, then ask the locals for
recommendations of "great roads".
The breakdowns and mechanical quirks are part of the fun, and make for great
stories. Maximum smiles per mile being the motto for the day.
