During yesterdays conversation with the spring manufacturer, I was quizzed
about the shocks on the car, so apparently Vette Products is aware of the
"springiness" problem. But they did not specifically address it. Thanks,
Mark, for bringing that to my attention. They did suggest a gas shock in
conjunction with the spring package, which may offer even more potential
weight savings. I not sure I want to get that carried away with the rear
suspension at this point, but you never know.....go fast goodies are so
irresistible.
I know there are a number of vintage racers on this list. I, for a number
of reasons, have choosen to run my old Triumph with the SCCA. Just let me
say that I am, emphatically, supportive of the spirit of the vintage racing
organizations.
