Maybe - I'm not sure yet.
Two points worth mentioning here: First, someone (I'll not mention
names since I don't have permission to do so) reminded me that the
original TR-2/early 3 axles were splined and they went to the later
taper-type axles to get some strength. I realize that materials
and design are different with the current project, but its worth
thinking about and discussing. Second, I've got this really pretty
pair of hubs that Jeff Snook made sitting on my shelf waiting to
be mounted on axles...
Any thoughts on either point?
