Receivership doesn't always mean that a business is going under... It is
possible that a receiver has been appointed to oversee affairs during a
dispute... over mismanagement, etc... or perhaps tax problems... etc...
impending litigation, etc. If the only information we have is that they're in
Receivership, that doesn't tell us they are going under... Does anyone know
more?
