I got a message from they guy in the 'States that is a Quaife reseller.
Hold onto your hats, but a set of dog-gear close ratio gears is a
whopping $3160.
But wait, there's more.
It turns out that Quaife made the gears for Cambridge Motorsports, so you
can contact them directly.
The bad news is that there was a limited production run, so once they are
sold out, that's that. If you contact Cambridge Motorsports, the "go-to"
name that I got from this message was: Jon Savage
Just thought I'd pass that on to you folks.
Looks like Jericho or other options are cost justified. Oh well. Time to
start saving some more money for the project. Too bad I can't retire in
this car! ;-)
