It's pretty big, around 1 MB or so.
I don't know squat about copyright law - but with the PDF file, you could
"print your own".
Just a thought.
FWIW, another FOT friend donated a copy of that book to my "collection" a
few years back. It's been fun to pick up and read from time-to-time.
