Overdrive help

  Recently, someone posted mods that they had used on overdrive units
for racing.  I remember it included removing some of the springs &
increasing pressure.
  I am now working on my overdrive for my spitfire (J-type) & have lost
the info.  Would someone please re-post either to the list or to me
personally, so I can get this thing put together?
