TR cam designations

Greetings Amici,
I was invited this afternoon to consult on the condition of a TR-3 engine out 
for rebuild.  Do any of our TR gurus recognize a number "7358cc" ground into 
the tail end of the cam.  It appears to have a .250 lift at the cam, crudely 
approximated with cheap verniers.

It looks brand new but that may not indicate age in this case.  Any inputs 
are welcome.  Thanx, Steve
