Hi all!

I am sorry to have taken so long to get this info back to you, but Ted
wanted to be able to put a quote in on them and he was out at the races
last week's end. He came in with the lowest quote, at $45 per flag, but
it will be a 26"x42" flag and not a 3'x5' flag (see below).

This is for a fabric-type flag (Ted says "flag material", which is a
little heavier than the light nylon most places use), with either two or
four grommets (for flying as a flag (2) or hanging as a banner (4)).

This info comes direct from Ted, and I think it is best as well, to do a
smaller flag with a less-costly-sized design, and while I am a huge fan
of a white flag, his thinking on the state it would get into makes
sense:

"just back from road america so now it's catch up time. the visual of
the
white is not as good and a year or so later the color looks better
unless you clean
the white flag. the reason for recomending a 26 x 42 (or so) is the
cost of
the graphic. the largest common print is a 15 x 15 image. going to a
22"
image is a very costly process to make the screen. it probably is not
cost
efeeective with this small a run. using the 15 x 15 on a 3 x 5 loses
too much
visual impact. the graphic is too small for the background. try this -
lay out a scale
3' x 5' and put a 2' circle in the middle. then do the same but use a
15' circle in the
middle. you will see the difference. 30 - 40 pcs of the 26 x 42 flag
with logo is $45 ea.
no extra charge for 4 vs 2 grommets. background color makes no cost
difference.
definetly use a background color that is the same as one of the logo
colors.
that way we only have to charge for 4 colors even though it shows as a 5
color
logo. production time is immdeiately. we make the flags and print the
logo.
unless we ship to 1 location. price does not include shipping. shipping
will
vary be customer location. we would send by ups or priority mail.
credit
cards - visa/mc/discover accepted. the only thing we need is the
quantity and a
credit card to guarantee the order. ( that keeps us from owning the
world's
biggest collection of fot flags) we wouldn't use the credit card unless

people
didn't accept the order they placed. "

(Back to Susan...)
I just don't think the logo would really have the punch it does on white
on a color like green or red, and I am really inclined to go with
white. The flag can probably be drycleaned if necessary. Our Triumph
club banner is on white flag material, and it still looked pretty decent
after several years, last time I saw it. If anyone has any strong
feelings about this, let me know, otherwise I will go with white.

Below are the folks who were interested in flags, and the number they
were interested in. If you DO NOT want a flag and you are on this list,
please email me and tell me so. If you DO want a flag and you are on
the list, do nothing, and I will order the number you requested. If you
are NOT on the list and want a flag (or flags), please email me and I
will add yours to the order. I will take emails until Wednesday night,
then the total order will go to Ted.

Thank all ya'll for your patience!

Keep Triumphing,
Susan :)
