Information sought on Shell TR-4

I recall about 10 years ago there was what seemed to be a Shell TR-4 being
redone in a body/resto shop in Syracuse NY. It had alloy panels and the
fancy venting that gave it the identifying character. Unsure of the VIN or
of the former owner..............

Does anyone know what became of this car? Know of it? I assune it was in the
northeast at least back then. Hopefully it didn't depart our shores. Any
leads or information would be appreciated.
