Yes, I bought this car three years ago, but got sidetracked with domestic
things, like finishing a remodeling project.
I plan to run it with a group here in the Pacific NW called SOVREN

attending a novice day on April 18th. I've tried to keep the car as original
as possible by means of using mostly British parts whenever possible. The car
is a 69 and I've done a lot a machine work on the engine, but am using all
stock components. I have triple Webers on it now and plan to go to pi as soon
as I get all the bugs out of it. I ran the motor about a month ago, before I
put the body on it. The chassis has been completely restored and the body is
as was when I purchased the car. I plan on restoring the body this winter
I own 10 British cars! 2 other TR6's a 69 and 71, 2-61 Austin Cambridges, a
69 Austin America, a 71 Jaguar E-type 2+2, a 87 XJ6, a 77 MGB, and a96 LR
Discovery. I belong to the MGCCNWC, JRDCNWA, and Tyee Triumph.
I'm also a partner in a British car parts business(I guess I need to do
something with all those cars) called British Sports & Spares and my actual
profession is a plumbing contractor.
Thanks for the response and I would like to be a part of the BB and feel I
could add to it as much as I would gain from it. I didn't mention that I do
all the work on the cars myself with the exception of the bodywork.
