Friends of Triumph,

Yeah, this CART at Road America might have been a problem but......in the
future.

The regular folk of North America need to identify with the drivers...and the
products they represent.

The beer drinking, brawling world of NASCAR have donned tuxedos and are
putting on the big show. And their drivers & sponsors are.....?

Branding: The great unwashed wash with Tide, wear CAT hats, put Interstate
Batteries in their cars, and ingest Viagara when the occasion needs to arise.

I looked at the advertising on the CART cars ....financial institutions,
large and little known corporations, and "China Air". Huh?

We need some more American Heroes, some identifiable sponsorships, and more
tracks and fans, as found at Road America.

Mario Andretti seems to understand.........take your kids to the new Briggs
and Stratton Carting Facility at Road America.

OUR heroes are Phil Hill, Dan Gurney, Carroll Shelby, Mario Andretti, et.
al., but our 'fresh horses' need to be younger. We need to feed them some
"Grassroots".

Joe (A)
