If you are going to cut sheet metal, you may as well braze some bolts
(sans head, natch) to the backside of the sheet metal around the
perimeter of the hole, place the grill over the bolts and snug it down with
a washer and nut.  Like everyone else, I use the 6 squares/inch s/s
screen from Pegasus.
