I don't think they are in print anymore. I've got them around here
somewhere. My mechanic Kevin probably has them. Kevin is unavailable right
now. He
had major ACL surgery on his left knee last Friday. He's gonna be 'down' for a
month. When I talk to him I'll see if he has them, but until then, if
someone else has them, I think the third (3 of 3) has what he wants in it...but
then, these days I can't remember what I had for breakfast.
