You mean the Caliper rubbers. Close--in fact it wasn't recognizable because
it looks like a real word--something to do with capillary action, which is
how some people believe TR3 are oiled.
There isn't a tool that I know of, you can wet the parts with a bit of
silicon brake fluid, but basically it's a fiddly fingers job.
