I show 695-050 for early (close spaced ports) or 695-060 (wide ports) in the
Moss catalog.  The last time I ordered these I actually spoke to someone and
they found them in the stock.  This was about a year ago.  I know they show
them as NA, but call and talk to a salesperson.  I buy wholesale and maybe
that makes a difference.
