Yes, she is the one. I've known her family for 10 years and they're nice
folks. I have told Cindy in the past, she was racing for the wrong reasons.

I wasn't at the event or have any idea who attended but by the description
of
the incident it sounds like the other driver was "Mini Cindy" (Cindy Shaffer
Bower). Cindy got started in hillclimbs in Pennsylvania several years back
as
a co-driver with her father, Larry Shaffer. He built a Mini for her after he
got tired of her wrecking his Bugeye. He felt she needed an enclosed car
with a
full roll cage to protect her. He did have to fix the Mini a couple of times
until she got married and had a husband to fix the car. After her divorce,
we
heard she hooked up with a guy from Canada that raced a Bugeye. Story seems
to
fit.
