CVAR has an "OEM" requirement, meaning a Triumph tranny.

It has been suggested that it probably is not against the 1969 GCRs  to use
a 5 sppedin our carsaslong as firstgear is locked out--meaning four forward
gears without overdrive.

Thoughts?
