I hope you have the pickup in the center of the tank rather on one side.  I
made that mistake once and found that on left hand turns all the fuel would
go to the other side of the tank despite the foam baffles inside the tank.
Changing the orientation fixed the trouble.

I am having trouble with my pickups sucking air during long sweepers. Does  
anyone use a fuel cell with a trap or captive sump to hold fuel while 
cornering?  A 5 gallon would be fine.
