Dan,
On the TR4 I started out with max shim pack ( bolts max'd ) which gave me -3.4
degrees.
Before Topeka I took out two shims to get back .3 degrees leaving -3.1.
I'll probably go back to the -3.4 and just flip the tires every few weekends.
-3.4 front & -2.7 rear the car is neutral.
