Hi Bob! Here talking about the needle and seats controlling fuel flow
entering the fuel chambers at the side of the carb, not the main jets and
needles.

Bigger jets means new needle profiles. I suppose if you did the work you
could make sure that you could pump enough air through the engine in all the
rpm ranges to find a suitable needle. I just want to race. When you guys
figure that out let me know.

Yes, in fact checked on sucarb.co.uk and they have new needle seats with
.125'' bore (ref VZX1090), which is a substantial improvement over stock.
Also one may try to fit smaller floats (the ones of H2), meaning more fuel
in the chamber at all times, therefore able to face a surge with more
comfort.
Let me know your thoughts Amici!
Mr Kastner, at the time when you drilled the needle seats to what ID did you
go to?
Cheers!
Alex

For those in the USA, you might check with Moss Motors. Their rep mentioned
at TRfest that they had to use the larger float valve to get adequate fuel
flow for the TR4 blower setup. That may mean they have the valves available
for sale separately as well.
