When I first installed my Tilton balance bar, I had a similar problem. =
The
front disks would work but would not release. In my case it turned out =
that
the pushrods for the dual master cylinders were not coming back out =
enough
to allow the release hole in the master cylinder to bleed back into the
reservoir. Making adjustments to the length of the rods solved the =
problem.

=20

I hope yours is that simple.

Sounds like the master cylinder bore is corroded and hanging up the =
piston.
If it is, I would ditch the aftermarket brake setup and return to OEM.

If the master cylinder isn't fully released, it will keep pressure on =

cause this issue for a single caliper.

I can't help you with the cause of the sticking, but certainly it sounds
like the master cylinder didn't fully release either due to an internal
issue or a linkage issue.
