Stephen,

Sean Alexander designed, and is manufacturing, a heavy duty rear mount. 

A recent redesign allows the use of the Over Drive unit without interference 
with the mount.

I think he has stock on the shelf.

It should be the last rear motor mount that you will ever need.

I moved the engine rearwards 10" and lowered it about an inch on the Ambro 
build. It has 50/50 weight distribution. But it seems doubtful that you could 
move it rearward enough on a TR4 to make it worthwhile.
