Hi Ron-
I have no experience using a two wheel dolly for transporting a Healey, but  
one thing for sure DO NOT TOW IT WITH THE REAR WHEELS ON THE DOLLY. 
Of course that is assuming that it is a wire wheel care. The "Knock off/on  
spinners" will work their way off in short order and you'll be undergoing 
severe  front shroud damage. 
Just my $.02 worth.
