Turns out the guy was on parole from jail after serving time for car theft
... had broken his parole and the police went to get him to return him to
jail. He was high on methamphetamines, bolted for a rental car he had
stolen and took off. I'm sorry but that kind needs to be locked up and the
key thrown away. The chance of him , with this history at age nineteen,
ever having a redeeming social value is nill. A friend commenting on the
situation said " Dr. Kavorkian ... where are you when you could really do
some good?" Wonder what the Pilgrims would have done with this one in say
1640?
