List; I thought we were talking about teenagers who I think would want to go 
at least 100 mph, and I think could do so safely in a low wide car. Smaller 
kids in Briggs powered cars I am not sure can fit well into our kind of 
event. The spec lakester could serve as a cheaper entry level car with proper 
rules. And it might serve to keep even more Cameras from coming to the salt.
