Grounding Comment

Hey, sparks whle wotking on your scooter, car, truck when you don't expect 
them could really be hazardous to your health. Is there a possible rule 
change here? Should every pit have a ground rod driven into the salt, lake 
bed, or soil and a ground strap connected between it and the car/vehicle 
while being worked on? Might save someones life?
